In reading the other users comment, I too am finding a general stiffness to the keyboard. In fact, the first one I got was so bad, that I requested a return the same day I got it. The replacement was sent out very quickly by Amazon and I applaud them for that. The replacement unit is not as bad as the first one although I do find it still has an issue with the right side space bar and the backspace key. You have to hit it pretty much directly and with enough force that it registers the hit. But where the other keyboard was doing it 80% of the time, this one maybe 25%-30% of the time. I am finding that if I push the keyboard more to the left then I am hitting the space bar more consistently. There seems to be very little issue with the left side that I have found anyway. The good: If you are a previous Microsoft 7000 user, you will find the width of this keyboard to be much more in line with that one. I had previously purchased the Logitech Ergo K860 keyboard and out of the box thought it to be an excellent replacement. However, the more and more I used it, I kept finding my right hand going over too far as that keyboard is not as wide. I thought I could work around that issue and now a few months later am trying to find the need to replace it. That one had a more "laptop" feel keyboard with the the soft touch and low profile. I typically do not like using a laptop keyboard. So this one is more to my liking if I can adjust my "touch" to handle the right side space bar and the backspace key. Time will tell. The mouse if VERY nice. It's a completely new profile to me as I've used the Logitech mouse for years. But I find it to be very good as an ergonomic mouse. It puts your hand in a very comfortable position. I am still getting used to the feel of my left side being on the right side.. so to speak, but it was the only reason I didn't want to return the first unit I received.I truly thought the first keyboard was defective and that was why it missed on the right side, but after reading the other comment and with it continuing on this one (although not nearly to the degree as the other) I think it just has to do to the sensor on the right side and the fingers not applying enough pressure in the right spot to reach the sensor point. Manufacturer, please read this and adjust your keyboard!Me, I will continue to try and make this one work as I find it to be a better "keyboard" match to the 7000 (which I LOVED and used for several years with buying second hand on ebay several times!), but figured there has got to be a suitable replacement out there. I SO wanted this to be the one. If they space bar and backspace start to react the way they should, then for me, it will be the replacement I have been searching for. I am so disappointed that the replacement also has this issue. But I will try! If not, then I guess this one will go back for a refund this time.I'll be back to update once I've used it a bit longer (maybe just later today). Sadly in typing this review, I'm not very optimistic as it just continues to happen. If you are a speed typer, then this one isn't right for you.May 26, 2020 - Well, Sadly this one is going back to Amazaon as well. I tried, I really, really tried to get the keyboard "broken" in and hoped the right side space bar and backspace key would "kick" in and start working the way it should. But it didn't work! The space bar not working it huge!! Every few words you had to backspace and retype your entry (mind you the backspace key also didn't want to do its job). This keyboard was a great fit! It was spaced just like I liked it and the key height was just the right height for my liking. But if you can't type reliably on it, then it's a "no go". I took my scored down from a 3 to a 2. It's a great lay, it was so promising. I really hope the manufacturer takes a good look at the problem and tries again. I ordered another style of keyboard and will see how that goes when I get it. I haven't given up. As a back up, the Logitec ERGO K860 is a good keyboard. Most of all of you would like that. But my fat fingers just wants something a bit wider. Wish me luck.
