The following are my impressions of using this keyboard tray.1. The keyboard platform lists or slants to the right noticeably. (About 3 degrees off horizontal).2. The mouse platform is lower than the keyboard platform, and that inflamed my tendinitis because of me having to extend my right arm too far from my body. I mounted the platform at the same level as the keyboard platform. It is not ideal, by I am not extending my arm as much, The mouse tray is not mounted ideally and cannot be hidden, but it does not matter. If the manufacturer made the keyboard platform wider and skipped on the mouse tray, or had the mouse tray hinge and the same size as the keyboard platform it would be a lot better for me.3. The knob to adjust the height, also adjusts the tilt. I find it difficult to use and adjust, and I hear a lot of creaks and noises. The whole operation is not smooth.4. I use the Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard. The keyboard just fits in the tray depth-wise.5. In order to use the keyboard properly, I have to place the keyboard slightly to the right (because of the lop-sided design of the keyboard). As such, the keyboard overhangs the right edge of the keyboard tray by a few millimeters. It works fine and does not bother much. If I try to center the keyboard in the tray I would end up sitting too much to the left that my left arm is resting on the edge of the tray in an uncomfortable position.6. The tray and the articulating arm is made of solid iron. This is either good or bad depending on how you look at it. It is heavy. I had a hard time assembling it.
