At first glance, it looked like an awesome alternative to the $350 magic keyboard. Once I’d used it for a while however, I started to notice things. The trackpad is very sketchy on wether it wants to work or not, as are the home button and app switcher. The hot keys are great when they work, but super frustrating when they don’t.After using for about a week, I could already feel the hinges getting sloppy. The shell is very slippery and I found myself not wanting to use it or having a death grip on it when I did.Button feel was good and it offered a little protection on the edges, but I liked my old, no-name keyboard that I had on my first gen 9.7 Pro better.
