Purchased new, package arrived unopened and unblemished. The keyboard itself was neatly wrapped and packed, but the foam inside the packaging wasn't fully glued down which caused the spare keys to be scattered beneath the foam. The keyboard is perfect except for the Esc keycap was rotated on the switch shaft, and the F1 brown switch didn't work. The leaf spring inside the switch isn't visibly being pushed by the shaft and appears deformed compared to other functional switches on the keyboard. The bad switch isn't IQUNIX's fault, although it means it wasn't fully tested at the factory. Might do the repair myself. Otherwise, for a casual user, this is a killer prebuilt. For my needs, it's totally overkill and I'm definitely keeping it.Purchased in March and a few weeks ago buttons stopped responding. Takes 3-4 times of pressing to respond. Tech support couldn't fix either. Bad keyboard for amount paid. Didn't even last 6 monthsI’ve been playing around with these keyboards for quite sometime and it’s very interesing both looks, stock sound and value. Always wanted to try these I’m glad I did Awesome switch. Very satisfying feel, tactile and "thocky". The dampening is great! Nicely built and I must say good value for the money!Keyboard itself has a beautiful design to it and battery life is superb. But, I had to return this keyboard due to one issue that ruins the whole experience. The keyboard ping on this keyboard is absolutely atrocious. I tried adding in some neopreme foam but it did absolutely nothing. Tried lubed switches as well to help with it but still nothing. Overall, if iQunix can fix the terrible ping sound that comes from this keyboard I think this could very well be a perfect keyboard. But until then, I would avoid this entirely and go for an NJ80 or Feker IK75I love the look and feel of the keyboard. The only issue was that the ping was unbearable. It sounded like a tuning fork ringing every time I was typing. I hand lubed every switch and now it sounds perfectly quiet. Great look and feel, but just be prepared to do some work to get it quiet.Maybe this review will get their attention. I've had the OG80 Wormhole for only a month, I've used this keyboard strictly for work. I loved this keyboard so much but suddenly it just stopped working. I need help to trouble shoot it or process a return since Amazon can't help me. Please reach out as soon as possible.Edit: Switched rating to 5 stars. Company is great overall with their response. They sent me a new board quickly. They have great out the box keyboards and I highly recommend them. Customer service is top notch.I'm not a mechanical keyboard enthusiast and this is my first mechanical keyboard (not considering the ones I used back in the 90s when I first started using computers). I got this one because it has a lot of features that I like. I like the backlight, the fact that I can connect it 3 different ways to my computer and that I can switch connections with a combo key press and an enormous battery life. I have it connected via the 2.4 wireless interface and it takes just one single keypress to wake up the keyboard from sleep.Since I'm not an expert in mechanical keyboards, I wanted one that just works out of the box. I looked at another reviewer (video) that was posted on the manufacturer's website that reviewed the keyboard and this is a great one for people that just works and needs nothing. I would check out the video for more details (lots of which I am not familiar with or can give any expert advice on). What I can say is that the sound is very pleasing and typing feels really nice compared to my laptop keyboard or modern keyboards (I am using this mechanical one to type this review). The key presses are very uniform throughout the keyboard. Very easy key combos for switching Bluetooth connections from one computer to another. Very easy key combos for switching backlight color, pattern and brightness. The only thing I wish it was a full size with the number key pad as well because that's what I have been used to (maybe with my next one) but this compact size is growing one me.
