The keyboard is a separate item, packaged in a separate box. The keyboard does not mount into the drawer, it is smaller than the dimensions of the drawer. I am installing this is a Mobile Rack, I expect better. Tried calling the tech support number at 2pm PST (hours 9 to 5 PST) and no answer, tried Operator, tried sales all no answer. This company makes Amazon look bad, boot em... Try Tripplite / Eaton, this ones going back. Wasted my time.
